All birthday parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes, from start to finish. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your reserved time, as you will not be admitted to the play center early. Parties are scheduled at specific times and arriving too early will delay other parties registering and tables aren’t ready until their designated times. Customer cannot choose their party room ahead of time. All party rooms are assigned at the time of booking. If you want the larger room, an additional fee must be paid and a specific slot booked. This cannot be booked last minute.
Regular parties can stay for unlimited play, but can only use the party room for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We may close early for private parties. If you are planning on staying longer to play, make sure to call us ahead to find out what time we are closing that day.
Sign in at the front counter. Each person attending the party gets a wrist band. Your party has a designated color, to make it easy to identify who is with your party. Each parent will have to sign in their child attending the birthday party. Parents are allowed to drop their kids off, only if the party parents are okay with supervising all the children. All parents attending the party are free. It is up to the party parents if they want parents to stay or not.
You can bring in any type of food you want for free, but make sure to leave anything with nuts in it at home. If you bring in any outside drinks, you will automatically be charged a $19.95 fee. Parties can purchase drinks as well. We have lighters and knives to cut the cake if you need to borrow them. We do not include any meal utensils with your party. It is up to you to bring what you need. For a $5.95 fee you can purchase white plates, napkins, cups and forks from us.
You will be shown to your party room and all children can put their shoes in the party room or at the front cupboards and jackets in the party room.
Decorations are allowed except anything messy like confetti, glitter and piñatas. Please do not use double side tape or duct tape on the walls as it is hard to get off and rips the wall paint. Scotch tape (Magic tape) and masking tape are okay to use. Helium balloons are welcome, just make sure you put a weight on them so they don’t get lost in the high ceilings.
You can do your meal when you want during your 1 hour and 45 minute time slot, but we recommend starting it after the kids have played for 60 minutes. This way you won’t run out of time. If you are getting pizza delivered, but remember traffic is bad at certain times of the day and you need to account for that with the delivery time. It is best to do the cake right after your meal since all the kids are already at the table. Party guests are welcome to stay later and play if they want. If at any point you need the kids called down, we have a megaphone and can do this for you. It is a lot easier than rounding them up yourself!
When you have 5 minutes left, we will give you a warning and ask you to settle the remaining balance of your bill for the party. You are only charged for the number of children that attend the party, not what number you booked for. We charge for any kids that are able to walk as they will be using equipment, this includes toddlers. Only babies that their parents are holding are free.
Make sure to give the kids their goody bags prior to their departure. We take care of the clean up for the party. It is up to you to pack up what you are taking home, and we do the rest. The party parents are responsible to ensure all children exit the play center with the correct adult that is picking them up. Make sure that all your guests have left before you exit.
All kids and adults require socks to play. We recommend kids wear casual clothing as it is easier for them to navigate the playground. There is no washroom in the play center. The closest one is across the food court where the fire alarm is located. If any kids need to use the washroom, at least one parent from the party must bring them there.
